Founded in France in 2012, the Critizr solution is today used in 25 countries by over 100 of Europe’s biggest companies across 20 different sectors including retail, banking, travel, entertainment and hospitality. It is transforming the way these businesses listen to and understand their customers, empowering their staff to take action and deliver a great customer experience every day.
Recognition One had already successfully found Critizr a Sales Executive and Key Account Manager in Paris. So when faced with meeting some ambitious growth goals they came back to find a VP of Product Marketing in London. As a completely new role in a new geography, it meant having to start from a blank slate to find the ideal candidate.
As a key senior appointment for a completely new role, we worked closely with their sales and HR departments and reported directly to their CEO.
We worked on creating their job descriptions from scratch, mapped the market and created profiles of people who could hit the ground running. In order to make the package attractive to candidates we also developed salary indications and recommendations.

As with their previous roles we managed to find them the perfect candidate from a competitor who was able to add immediate value with the network of companies ready to start talking to Critizr. They then went on to get $15M in series A funding and we continue to work together on key senior vacancies.
