Broadcom Inc. (NASDAQ: AVGO) is a global technology leader that designs, develops and supplies semiconductor and infrastructure software solutions.

Their product portfolio serves the data centre, networking, software, broadband, wireless, and storage and industrial markets. 


Following the acquisition of CA Technologies, Broadcom had 2 key talent problems in UK & Germany caused by employees unable to transition across. They needed to quickly recruit five very senior solutions architects and a new evangelical senior sales engineer to champion the synergies between the two brands.


Working closely with Broadcom we identified a complete list of the top talent within all competitor and aligned organisations and approached them with a tailored and localised employer value proposition. Addressing the misconceptions of Broadcom being a ‘hardware company’ wasn’t easy but highlighting their unique cultural strengths and smart strategic vision changed minds.
